Autotask hosts a weekly webinar designed for new users called PSA End User Training. This hour-long training session includes a demonstration of basic Autotask PSA End User functionality including using dashboards and widgets, searching account information, updating tasks and tickets, and entering time.

All new Prototype:IT employees are required to view the PSA End User Training webinar.
